Good for you. I'm sure you deserve to treat yourself. You will have a very good time getting to know your new machine.

Thanks for all your responses. One thing I forgot to mention. Bailey is an American made machine. I am all for buying products made in America.

Ditter 43, Tried to PM you but your mailbox is FULL! You need to delete some messages or no can can send you mail anymore. Just an FYI. There is a box limit of 500 now.

Congratulations on your new Bailey! You should be able to quilt about a 9" depth of fabric with each pass. Make yourself a quilt sandwich with a couple yards of ugly or low quality fabric and a piece of batting in between. Once you've filled the sandwich with stitches just change thread colors and practice again and again. The other piece of advice that I can give you is to **remember to put your presser foot down before sewing**. LOL, that's the number one problem most newbies encounter. Just wanted to pass it on. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. I also second joining the Yahoo Group for "Baileyquiltingmachines".

I,m sure you will love it. I live about an hour away from where they are made and went to see the Baileys.
They look like a great machine and are on my wish list.
Congratulations.
