been there doing that. lol I bought a dvd of a yoga tape I had can't find it anywhere. I know I got it. I remember opening it. Bet I find it when I buy a new one.

I do that all the time but my problem is I get sidetracked on my way to the sewing room, stop in the bedroom to put my purse down, lay the package on the bed, find something that needs to be picked up in the bedroom then off to do something else and forget i laid my package on the bed, go to sewing room ( now where did i put my new fabric, ruler or whatever i bought, i know i brought it in, don't find it till later when i go back to my bedroom for something then i say duhhhhh

When that happens to me, I figured out that my mind is picturing it to look a certain way. The way it's laying, the exact position I think it's in. Then when it doesn't, my mind plays tricks on me and I can't even see what I'm looking at. So I clear my mind of any pre-concieved idea of what it looks like and start looking again. Most of the time I'll find it.

I bought one of those Supreme Sliders and Halos from Sharon Schamber' s website last year, put it one of those "safe" places and still can't find it.

Check your mags or books...could be standing on end there. Been there & thru that.Start a diff pattern & the lost will show up as soon as you start cutting. :) :)
