You've got a theme going with the fabrics - Italy and wine. I'd cut strips for sashing and frame each square....either in grape (purple), the nice medium green that is in most of the blocks, or black (for drama). It would be beautiful. Then I'd do the borders in a lighter color (maybe 2" wide) and the outer one wider (maybe 4" wide) in darker. You could quilt names of wines in the outer border, or Italian words that describe wines (or grape names), etc, in a contrasting color so it shows up well. It would be a gorgeous quilt.

I think fourpatches or ninepatches alternated with a contrasting fabric could be used in a wide variety of patterns and designs.... and you could also cut them into accurate 2.5 inch squares, and use them in the same way....

5 inch squares make a nice Disappearing 9 Patch. I'd put your larger prints in the corners so they don't get cut up.

I've decided on the 9 patch. I also thought I could put in the corners the blocks that have black and one in the middle. I'll put a black sash along each block. I'd like to incorporate the purple as a border. That's as far as I've gotten. I greatly appreciate all the suggestions. It has helped a lot!

Gorgeous fabrics. Whatever you end up doing will be lovely.
