You roped me in with the title on this post - now you have to follow up with pics. One of us just may see that smile someday too, at least we'll know what we are in for ahead of time!

Maybe you've hit on something. The vendors should concentrate on sending some kind, friendly gentlemen to staff the booths at shows!

You go girl. I made the lap size. The laser cut pieces go together so easily, you will be done in no time.

That is him! Maybe he is just my type. I dunno. My husband has that magnetic personality, too, but he doesn't look anything like that. He can't even grow a good beard! LOL! Ok. I have been a bad girl and not taken a pic of my work in progress yet. I promise I will do it as soon as I can drag myself away from the site! And yes, even the tiny laser cuts are easy to piece since they still have a 1/4" seam. If I bought the templates, it would have to be the huge ones. There is no way I could use the tiny ones without losing part of a finger!

There is no guilt when you are enjoying something you have always wanted to do. You go girl. Keep up the good work.

I was looking at The Storm at Sea quilt on their web site. I'll be interested to see how you like sewing the kit. Pictures please.

Hmmm. I don't see the attraction. Maybe you were intoxicated from the smell of fabric and thread in the air. Some people wear beer goggles, others wear fabric goggles....I must say, fabric does make me giddy.
