Maybe if you collect enough dust bunnies you will not need to buy batting?!?

I lost my sewing room when we got custody of our DGS as an infant 5 years ago so I now have my sewing desk in the computer room and my stash (some of it) in the upstairs closet. But my "sewing area" gets cleaned when my DH says you can't move in here cuz there's piles 20 feet around you (the room is 14 feet)

When the room is so full of crap you have to drag everything out into the hall before you can even think of cleaning it up!

By the way, I don't worry about dust bunnies until they grow into dust rhinos!

Trouble is when I tidy my sewing studio I have all this space so I start a new project, best to finish a few UFO's in disarray, besides my sewing supervisor (old Labrador) feels more relaxed if things are their normal mess. That's my story and I am sticking to it lol.

I know it is time to clean and organize when I reach for 'that perfect match for my current project'--only to discover it is either a piece of mending waiting to be done, or the cat!!!
