Right now go to JoAnn's on line and look at their storage it is all 40% off..I just put together a class on Organization for my small quilting group and my unofficial survey found that all of us had "stuff" on our cutting tables... projects... so several bought the Sam's storage unit and about 7-8 are reorganizing their quilt /studios.. I have the Home Depot closet units that have wire baskets and have had for abou t2 years but the great thing about the Sam's or JoAnn's is that the draws come out.. great for projects.

I have one of the wire ones, tall with five drawers. It's full of fabric :) I like the wooden top, I keep my rulers stored there.

I got one of these at JoAnns about 18 months ago and it was a great buy at 50% (about $40.00) off. I love it and use it to keep my future projects separate from my other stuff. The drawers are usually large enough to keep a complete project; fabric, pattern, thread etc. all together in 1 place until you can work on it.

I found rolling storage drawers at Staples a couple of years back that I use. There are 10 drawers all the same size. They are a bit more expensive, but they are also bigger with more storage space

It's been awhile since I bought this. The drawers are big enough to keep all my GO dies in except the long strip cutter ones. I took out all the spacers between the bolts so the drawers stay in and don't come out of the rails with the heavy dies in them. I have dies, books, most of my layer cakes, and all my smaller rulers in it. I will probably buy another one, they are in stock at Sam's Club. You can get a free one day pass to shop at Sam's if you don't have a membership.
