Default I have a new baby -----

I have just been treated to a new Janome MXL50 machine - and I am thrilled with it. I wanted to upgrade my Janome Jem - but still wanting a lightweight machine to take to workshops and groups. This machine fits the bill and some.
It has 50 stitches, free arm, lock stitch, start/stop button speed control and much much more. She just purrs along and I think we are going to get on very well.
Has anyone else got this model ( it has been out since April time ) and how are you liking it ?

Congratulations -- a happy day! Sorry I'm not familiar with that machine, but I bet others here might have some insight to share. Enjoy your new best friend!

Congratulations!!!!! I have NO experience with the machine you're talking about but I'm always happy for the new recipient. Enjoy and share pics of your new projects.

You can't go wrong with Janome, I have two and thinking of purchasing a small one to take to classes. Congratulations on your new addition.

Seems this model is only sold in the UK. ? I have two Janomes and they have not given me any trouble at all.
