I love this pattern, and have started collecting the fabric.
Is there any short cut ways to cut out all the hexagons?

Try this link. Also at the top of the Quilting Board page is "Search" click on it then type in "Grandmothers Flower Garden" There is lots of information to read and photo too.
Hope this helps. Happy Quilting!

Yes, there is. You buy the templates for the size you want to make. I get mine from Paper Pieces http://www.paperpieces.com/contents/en-us/d16.html

Kaye Woods has a strip quilting method for cutting hexagons. Much faster than templates. It was on her website.

That is how I started on mine. Unfortunately, I was a newbie back then and the ruler I thought was a 60 degree triangle wasn't so my hexagons aren't as fat as I would have liked but it looks more old fashioned so it's all good.

Love her sewing room. The pill box bobbin cases are the best! I have sew many strays at home. I totally forgot about the pattern, I will have to check back.

The response for Grandma's Flower Garden have been great.
I get caught up with these links for other things they have to offer.

Thank you all for your help.
