Default I need help Plz. Craft Master 4700

I am trying out a sewing machine my friend gave me it is a Craft Master 4700 don't know anything about this machine.But the Feed Dog Foot won't come back up I let them down and i have tried sewing to get them to come back up but they don't.Could someone Please Help me and if you know anything about this machine would you mind telling me I don't have a manual.Thanks Many Blessings

Try moving the hand wheel instead of sewing.

Edit: Ooops! I see you started that thread too. Did moving the hand wheel not work?

If turning hand wheel doesn't work, unscrew face plate, clean around feed dogs, drop and then move them back up turn hand wheel, once you screw plate back on, feed dogs should be up, this sometimes happened with my old janome mc4000.

Try turning the machine off then back on. One of my Janomes will not resume sewing after I raise the feed dogs back up until after I restart the machine
