    I need help with this

I am making a boy's baby quilt and need help with my colors. Can you give me your opinions on what block you think looks best? Hopefully I included the picture properly, and thank you!

I like them both and think you should use them both in a quilt. I think the first one is richer in color, but a little too dark for a baby. The second one is lighter but not as rich, know what I mean?

I like the second on better because it has more contrast and has more life to it.

I like both, but I like the one on the right a little better. More contrast.

Both blocks are beautiful. Either one or both would be great.

Like most - I like both. But I prefer the block on the right, especially if you are using the same block for the whole quilt.

I like the one on the right just a little bit more since it's brighter however, I'd try to use both in the quilt. It would add more interest imho. Good luck!

Like everyone else, I like both but think the one on the right has more contrast and is softer. Show us when you get it done.

You have all been so helpful, thank you for sharing your ideas. I made a monumental decision.....I am making two quilts! I am making one for my future grandson ( that will be the second one and he hasn't even arrived yet- am I a little excited!!!). And I will make a second one to sell at our town wide yard sale. So there ya go. It's such an easy pattern and makes up really quickly. Thanks again to all!

I like the 2nd better also - it provides the light that each quilt needs. Using both blocks in your quilt would work well.

I prefer the darker, but both will make good looking quilts. If you can't decide---why not alternate? the medium blue block beside a light blue block! You other blues will make the pieces match!
