    Default Identify name of this quilt...please

    Saw this scrappy squares block and I'm interested in a resource for the pattern

    I don't think there's a pattern. This person created it - https://ahhhquilting.blogspot.com/20...4-squares.html

    (And I got there by doing an image search for squares and diamonds)

    Good finds Dunster ..........

    However, when I zoom in on the quilt in this thread, I don't see any of the seam lines in the diamond sections, that are in the patterns found. It looks like this person took up the challenge, and did a lot of fiddly work to join the pieces at all the odd angles.

    It's a great quilt!

    You're right. The second person changed the pattern to use inset seams, but still had seams in the diamonds. The last person to make the quilt did it with templates and inset seams, so no seams in the diamonds. It just goes to show that there is more than one way to skin a cat (or make a quilt).
