Can anyone tell me what pattern was used to make this quilt?

I like the pattern. I'm not thrilled with their fabric choices.

Looks like Nancy Zieman's 2015 Quilt Adventure, the Quarter Circle Quilt Block, block of the month #3.

Right! Templates are Clover Trace & Create Carefree Curves. Nancy Zieman is another one with excellent instructions.

I love the fabric choices! I guess that's why we all come up with different creations.
