What a fun and exciting evening!! I always said a smart quilt shop owner would do a 24hr opening once in awhile like that....who wouldn't sneak out at night when all go to sleep and shop! Shop!!:)Yours was even better....to sew! While you were there;)Thanks for sharing a fun night:)Skeat

Absolutely stunning!!!! I would have been one of the people in the class with the subdued fabrics---and I would have been SOOOOO jealous of your quilt!!!!

I put the border on last night.... only the light was hopeless for a photo, so waited till today.


I could actually have got away with using the blue from the cornerstones and the block corners for the border.

I am SO in love with it ! I want one just like it :mrgreen: So i know the bright were from a Jelly roll, where did you get the striped fabric from ?
