Kelly Gallagher-Abbott has made a very cute puzzle quilt. You can get it online and is a free pattern you can download. Jute Box Quilts is the name of her site. It is called Jig Swatches Puzzle.

I have a pattern that looks like a puzzle when it is done called Quilter's Puzzle from eQuiltPatterns.com by Liz Schwartz and Stephen Seifert. I think I bought it in Vegas 4 years ago. Never used. If you can't find it elsewhere PM me and we'll make a deal.
