OK, found the abbreviations on another thread. I really like the Warm Wishes pattern and it would look awesome with this fabric. I'll have to save that one for another project.

OBW = One Block Wonder
4PP = 4 Patch Posey

Great fabric .... I'm sure you can figure out another way to use it, if you can't ge the amount you want.

I also love the fabric but I wouldn't have any ideas on what to do with it since I'm not really tied to Ireland or the Irish in any way.

I was thinking Warm Wishes. I am making 5 of them for Christmas, they go together easily, and a good design to show a a nice design on fabric.

Don't know a pattern but that would be great for fussy cutting

Personally, I'd use it for borders and backing so the whole of the print shows. You'd loose something in a 4 patch posey or fussy cutting it like for a OBW, but it would work.

Thanks for the great suggestions! I like the patterns that have been recommended, but here's what I envisioned. Yes, we will use whole fabric for borders and back to show the beautiful print, but we're having sew much fun "spinning" the fussy cut "stack and whack." The green will be the star points, gold between the green and the border.

It's perfect fabric for a Stack-n-Whack Kaleidoscope, and then use the fabric to border it, or back it.
