    Default ISO "Baby Block" Pattern

Hi all, I am looking for a baby block pattern that actually looks like a baby block that has the letters on them. The block itself would be machine pieced but the letter would have to be appliqued on the block. I want be make a baby quilt that has 4 blocks in the middle with the word B-A-B-Y on them with ONE letter per block. I hope you understand what I mean because I don't think I could explain it any better. TIA!!

http://www.quilterscache.com/T/TumblingBlocksBlock.html She uses the method that I have in the past, but I think it is Kaye Wood who does one by machine, maybe you can search for her method.

Thx Thimble BUT this isn't what I am looking for. I searched for Kaye Wood and she has one similar to what I am looking for so I may go with that. Thx again!

Teresa, this is an Attic windows block with a HST in the corners. Here is another link. See if this one will work. No letters, but you could get some off your computer to enlarge.

All you would need to do, is make the HST out of different colors (to match the pictures on TLC) and turn the block so they are on the top and left, instead of left and bottom. (clear as mud? lolol)

    And here is another:

Beth, the traditional attic window looks like it would but it didn't give me the pattern to download either, just the other one.

    Teresa,

click on the link for the quilting treasures site. At the bottom left of that PDF, there are directions for the easy attic windows. You will need to plan your colors on some graph paper to get what you want. If this TOTALLY stumps you, PM me and I will try to graph it out. I have some time tomorrow and Saturday my son is gone all day on a soccer team bonding trip (!)
