Nice cool Fall day today so I'll be in my sewing room the rest of the morning working on log cabin quilt for one of my granddaughters. Nice fresh breeze coming in the window, nice view of the trees and I'll sew away nice an cool. May in Jersey
agreed!! I have no AC other than a BR window unit so sewing in the summer is not fun. But when it cools down like it did today.....Love It!

I am also retired, been 5 years now. DH made me a nice "craft" room in the basement for Quilting, card making and scrapbooking, etc. I spend hours down there and love it.

Our weather has started to be somewhat cooler. My husband and I worked outside yesterday and today. We took down an old fence and are going to replace it. We will work again tomorrow. But my husband works 10 hours a day Monday thru Thursday so I usually try to sew/quilt some every day during those days.
