I have a Kenmore Mini Ultra. It is such a sweet little machine. Made by Janome. And I found a pink one. It's a 3/4 size. It looks like the Hello Kitty machine which is also made by Janome.

This is the sew mini (the one I have-it comes in other colors)

and the 3/4 machine (also made in other colors, I think).

I *think* the 3/4 machine has a vertical bobbin. The sew mini has a drop-in bobbin. It is so light I can lift it with one finger (the machine, not the bobbin).

I bought a Sew Mini for my DGD and really regret it. It does not have a light and for me, that makes it hard to thread. And the foot pedal is really small and gets away from her very easy. I wish I had bought her a bigger machine and probably will someday. Right now, the Sew Mini just sits unused in a drawer.

Thank you all so much for your replies to this thread. Instead of the sew mini I got her a basic Brother at Walmart for $30 more and she loves it! It's not computerized and doesn't have needle down and the stitch length is adjusted by a dial but she's so happy to have her own machine. I'm so happy she's so happy. I think it's good I got her a new one because my Brother is 8 yrs old and has many miles on it and it's never been serviced. Yikes! I didn't know about servicing my machine and just never did it so sometimes when I'm sewing with it the thread jumps out of place and comes un threaded if that makes any sense. It also needs a new bobbin winder thingie. I am going to take it to my machine guy in a couple of weeks to get it fixed since it's my class machine. Anyway... Thanks so much for the advice on getting her a full size machine. I think this will last her many years and she is a very happy little girl. She has already made herself a doll and a dress for her. And we just got the machine today lol. Girl after my own heart! Tomorrow she wants to make herself a t shirt. I love it!
