You can create them yourself.
The basic idea is to do the snowball technique - sewing squares on each corner on the diagonal and then trimming -
except in this case one makes a rectangle - then sews on the squares and trims them

Can you tell me how to figure what size squares I would need in the corners??

I had played with a few in EQ - what size and what shape?? I did 12 " blocks on these. I could not decide what shape. I kind of liked the tall one myself
