I wish! Unfortunately, I was getting tired of always buying paper for my countless patterns I printed, so I started using my scrapbook paper I no longer wanted to print on, and this is one I did like that. The background has all sorts of stuff going on and it doesn't scan easy enough to ready and the paper is so busy some people won't be able to read it. I guess I'm just going to have to retune everything and take a picture of one I made to add to the top. It's funny how dependent we can become on the Internet and how I just want to find it online and hit print. Lolol I've learned my lesson...always have one extra copy (on plain paper) and be sure to keep the website!

Here is one I found in my bookmarks. It looks similar to the one you posted but I couldn't quite tell if it was the same or not. I'll let you decide if it's what you are looking for:

How old is your Indian Ring Neck? My male Lutino was 32 when he went over the Rainbow bridge 3 months ago.

I copy the URL of the website into the document if it is a Word document before I save it. If I print it, I write the URL on the pattern. If it is a .pdf, I save the .pdf and also save a Word document with the same name as the .pdf. In the Word document, I put the URL and a picture from the .pdf with a reference to the fact that the directions are saved in the .pdf. Just a bit of cross referencing.....
