I wish they would bring back classes in the stores. We have two Joann's in Salem, OR (one small and one large) but they said the closest location for classes any more is near Portland. That would be about a 70+ mile drive (one way) for me (living in the country). I rememvber years ago their classes were really neat!

I waited and waited for the coupons and flyers to be mailed to me from Joann's. I finally went online and filled out a request. Soon I began receiving my flyers. Try that. Today I was at Joann's and they were giving out a coupon for next week.

yes but their prices are climbing and quality going down. I am disgusted with them.

That happened to me, too, but the 3rd one worked!! BTW, if you won't take your coupon flyer in and have it scanned 2 months in a row, they stop sending them. I am in that doldrums right now!! :-P

Yes I have received two 50% off coupons and also a $5.00 off a reg priced item. Glad to get them.

I just got back from my JoAnn's and they said we should be getting coupons every two weeks. I hope that is true, because I do what Patrice suggested and I make a list to use my coupons on.

Stock up on candy bars, LOL. They drive me nuts when everything they have there is on sale, so I get things for my secret pal like Schmetts needles, post-it note pads, candy and the envelopes to mail them in. We are smarter than they are :) :) :)

jljack: Be sure to have your NAME/ADDRESS SCANNED when you go to the store. Scanning the coupons does not keep you on the mailing list.

quiltinNsmilin: Call the store before you drive that far to see if they have the fabric you want and if it is on sale. If it is on sale, call the last day of the sale, confirm it isn't on sale the next week, request a 24-hour "hold" and then you can use your coupon.
