They have that with thread boxes online too. I have tried for years and then they cancel the order. I think they hang it out there as bait and hope you will buy other stuff.

J.C. Penney does the same thing. Formerly, I was a sales associate there. Black Friday was a nightmare. I understood the customers' frustration when the store only had 3 or 4 of their advertised special. Nowadays I stay far away from Black Friday. I happily sip a cup of tea and order online! :)

Sounds like a good price if they still have some left after 6:15 A.M.

That sounds like Joanns. I was in Walmart yesterday and all teh Black Friday items were being stacked everywhere. Sure looked like at least a hundred or more of the bigger items. The Shark steam mop for $36, there were several pallets of them and stacks of dvd players, tv, and computers filled every spot in the electronic dept. The small appliances on sale for $2.50 were on pallets taking up the garden center. Pallets of toys were in the middle aisles. I don't see how anyone determined to get one special buy won't be able to at this Walmart. And you can buy the sales online too starting at 12, 3 and 5 am.

My flyer said flannel is $1.29 a yard. I usually go and buy several bolts but really watch it....sometimes the width is only 40" instead of 42-44".

    Sounds right to me.
