Red face Judy Martin Log Cabin in batiks raises $2200 for charity

YEAH! My Judy Martin quilt that I posted awhile back raised 2225 in a raffle for Christmas food and toys for the needy in our community. My woman's group sold the tickets. I was shocked. I thought maybe 1000, never 2200. It was a great cause and a pretty quilt. I didnt know the woman who won it but I hope she enjoys it.

She's a lucky lady to have won such a beautiful quilt. Well done with the amount raised.

Yahoo! Think of that many folks wanted to own something that you made. It is a beautiful quilt and someone is very lucky!

Wonderful news! I love it when a quilt benefits a good cause and people really support all the work that goes into it.
