Yesterday we had a chipmunk visit our windows. I am itching to plant some flowers but realistically it will be a few months in our area. Sometimes I envy my girlfriend in Louisiana as she can garden most of the winter.

It was 78 degrees here yesterday. Wonderful. One week ago we schools were closed because of snow and the low was 6 degrees.

I like this temperature soooo much better. Spring can just come and stay.

I am still waiting for the robins. Oh, how I want spring! I had a dream a week ago about the hummingbirds being here! LOL

Yes I know the feeling. We have daffodils popping up and the sky is getting light at 6 again. I just love it. Makes me feel sooooo good inside. Suppose to be high 70's here today.

Isn't it funny that when we're back at Halloween, it looks like the winter will last forever, but here in February, it feels like Halloween was just a couple of weeks ago.

We have songbirds again, already and the patch of weeds that I call "the yard" is greening up. Spring *is* coming.

I'm in NH with plenty of snow on the ground. But, this morning the air smells different, like spring is in the air. Can't wait for robins!

That is a sight for sore eyes I'm sure!!!

We woke up to snow again after several days of 60's! The snow was almost melted from the ground from the last few times, but not all gone yet. I think we are in the 60'ish continuous day with snow on the ground.
