I don't think I could pick just one. They are all really pretty. There isn't one of them I don't like. I want 2 yards of each of them.

I think the fabric moratorium does not have quilt police so if something exceptional comes along, I won't be afraid to break my own rules. It is all up to the individual. I will still try to use what I have in my stash and work on my many UFO's but I have two quilts to make in next 18 months and know that I do not have the right fabrics so will have to buy things that will work for them. One will be my own design and one is a Celtic pattern with my own adaptation.

Then get it! Sometimes it is impossible to go cold turkey! I have been on a fabric diet since July and I have done very well, even after going to the AQS show in Grand Rapids. I was "told" to buy a FQ bundle that I fell in love with because I had been such a good girl on my diet. I am just making a conscious effort to not buy willy nilly. But if I found a fabric that made me drool and I couldn't stop thinking about it, I would definately buy it!

I signed for for the fabric moratorium and I went to all my favorite LQS's this weekend and purchased what I "needed" and informed them I wouldn't be in for a while. I think they all have bets on how long I'll last. I only bought some blenders, Christmas fabric that was in sale and a few other things that I fell in love with. We're going away on the 23rd so no more fabric shopping for me until 12/31/2013.

I just did google that collection - not what I expected - my Mom had maybe 100 different varieties of iris in her garden -

If you really love it that much buy yardage or you will never forgive yourself after it is gone and you can't find it anymore. Been there, done that.
