Why not contact the shop you ordered the Kona from? Ask if they are sure that this was Kona and that you have never used such thin Kona...perhaps they can steer you in the right direction.

also it wouldn't hurt to let the shop you ordered that fabric from that you are not happy with it at all. who knows what you might get?

My impression is that the fabric she received was not Kona. She is inquiring about Kona and Bella before she orders a replacement fabric.

I'm a Kona fan - love the fabric and love the price!

Either one would be great but I prefer the Moda.

Big Kona fan here too. I think I ordered it from the Fabric Depot when it was on sale. I've never done it before, but I bought a whole bolt. Because of the price there was no shipping cost. It's great to be able to cut from the bolt rather than keep buying yardage. I knew I'd use it all eventually.

Kona by Kauffman is my choice for solids. Always.

Are you sure it's krona fabric. Kona fabric is very nice fabric, you may want to call the store you purchased it from, it may be a bad batch.

I've done two quilts with Kona snow has the main background fabric and love them both. One has been on my bed nearly two years and has been washed several times. No problems so far.
