Last week I ordered a Juki f600 from them, they have demo models and new for different prices. I opted for the demo since at least I knew that it would be working properly and they throw in a 10 year warranty. It arrived in 2 days and when I opened the packing list they had sent a new one for the price of the demo!! opening the boxes and sure enough brand spanning new!!!!! I also ordered a insert for my Koala cabinet from them as well and while the gal who took my order over the phone was less than knowledgable about the insert and had no idea why I was giving her the dimensions of the opening of my cabinet. I did receive a call the following day asking for the measurements etc and she was extremely helpful!!! She apologized that the person I talked to did not include the dimensions, and assured me that it would be cut exactly to fit. It was very nice to see customer service when so many businesses fail in that arena!!

I do love my Juki so far, I have a few hours of sewing on her and I must say I am looking forward to putting her through her paces!!!!

I also have had very good experience with AllBrands. Ordered lots of stuff over the years including several machines. I did get one machine that was DOA. No problems getting it replaced.
