Thumbs up Kudos for Penny Marble

I recently browsed a board entry for Christmas ornaments. Through surfing around I found an absolute beautiful pattern for woven snowflakes by Penny Marble. These could be ordered through Keepsake Quilting(one of my favorite quilt shops in beautiful New Hampshire), but unfortunately these were on back order. Pennys' web site www.pennymarble.com had a telephone number listed. I gave it a call and she answered the phone herself. I told her that I was looking for this pattern and had called all local quilt shops and they were not available. She took my e-mail address and looked to see if she could find a local shop that carried those. She could not find a shop so she sent me the kit. This was marvelous customer service from a very lovely sounding lady. I urge each of you to look at the kits and consider ordering one. I have NEVER received such considerate customer service.

Yes it is and she seemed to be a lovely lady. By the way-----I love Temecula. We visited several years ago and I have a very unique pix of me falling down a hill in front of the winery sign. My sweet(ha) husband snapped just as I fell. Miss clumsy rolled all the way down the hill.
