Have you ever made a "Stack and Whack" quilt. This material would be perfect. This quilt is sometimes called a Kaleidoscope Quilt. he fabric is cut in a specific order and sewn back together. It comes out looking like the old Kaleidoscopes images we had as children.....

Love YukonViv's idea -- your fabric is lovely. Either that, or I'd take my cue from the fabric and choose colors from that and do a D9P and use the fabric on a wide border, too.

It is one of those fabrics that will lose a lot of its charm if you cut it up in small pieces. I'd keep a lot of it in tact and work with the other colors that are in for blocks around it etc.

I think I would make blocks with a larger center square of your focus fabric - sawtoothed star, for example. Then I'd use also it in the border. You'd be surprised how fast your 2.5 yds. goes once you cut the borders.

Warm wishes is a pattern that lends itself to large prints that you want to showcase. I think you can find it on Quilter's Cache.

I love that fabric too - could you check the selvage and let us know the name of the line? Will have to get some for myself!

I think a Warm Wishes pattern would be pretty.

Love that Print is a pattern that showcases large prints. A friend of mine made this pattern for her master bedroom and is it truly gorgeous. The pattern is from Grizzly Gulch Gallery and their website is www.grizzlygulchgallery.com
