She made mine with pre-quilted fabric that I chose at Joann's. They had a very good selection, much cheaper (and better looking) than LQS
http://www.makeagoodday.com is Janice Maroni's website (she's a Board member). She calls it a MacDuff bag; Janice sells the pattern for $2.

Yes!!! It was very much like this. But I like the unpainted handles for myself...I am a little on the primitive side even with my quilting. Do you remember where you got the pattern? For some reason I am thinking this lady's had tie bows at each end...probably decorative. Great job!!!

That is it!!!! I thought I remembered ties at each end. We don't have a JoAnn's here and not much for quilt shops. Hancock Fabrics is my best bet and they are a little ways away. So will check them out the next time! I buy most of my fabric on line. Thanks so much for the info!!!! Can't believe you all knew what I was talking about!! Learn so much here!!! Will purchase the pattern. I went to the site ...they have a pattern for $8 but you were thinking I could purchase one for $2 ?

None of these are like the ones we made at guild. The one we made are twice the size and can hold four or more quilts and are very easy to tote. Everyone brings their show and tell quilts/projects in them. They are fast and easy to make. I'll try and get a picture of the one I have when I get it back, I left it in my friend's car trunk. I guess I could make another one this evening to show.

The pattern is $8, of which Janice donates $2 to something. So much for sloppy reading
