Does anyone have one of the new larger embroidery machines? What kind of Trolley sewing machine bag do you use to transport it? I am looking for one with good padding that willl fit the newer machines.

Thanks

Exactly, I don't need the designer(name brand) model either.

Once in awhile joann's will have them. I got my granddaughters for 39.99 but make sure you have your machines measurements I had to return the first one I bought since I thought they would be a standard size and they aren't. It holds all stuff and came with a couple zipper bags to match.

Check out Bernina Bags. They have the best one I have ever seen. Of course, you pay for what you get.

If I had the cash, I'd get a Tutto bag.

Just looked at joann's and depending on the size of your machine there is one on sale for 34.99

I have a large canvas tote from the local thrift shop. The straps are the same type as you'd see on a large back pack or the aluminum frame pack we use for camping - can carry a lot of weight and the strap/canvas not tear. Machine sits nicely in it. An option might be to buy 1 inch heavy straps & sew them on to a large sturdy bag - down each side & around the bottom - to assure strength for your needs. Timtex or cardboard sewn into a fabric 'pillowcase' would keep the bottom of the bag flat.
I'm all for spending less and still getting something sturdy in the bargain.
