    soak in oxy clean , and it will come out.... sorry, the tea stained one that was tooo dark.

    Thanks to all of you who responding. Great advice.
    I did write to CT about the issue. The response I got was less than favorable and I intend to take it up the chain of command. She said she couldn't find the item I was talking about. And asked if it was possibly a BOM. I think I would know if I ordered a BOM instead of a miniature wall hanging.
    She basically told me I don't know what I"m talking about and that they never substitute fabrics.
    So I sent a copy of my receipt and offered to send photos.
    Tomorrow, Monday, when regular store hours resume, I intend to call/contact them about it again. Now it's become the principal of the thing.
