If you ever get the chance to attend a lecture by Alex Anderson, you need to go. What a treat. Met her for the first time ever, today at Hoovers in Mifflinburg, Pa. Her machine applique is amazing. Seeing her quilts up close and personal was my treat for the day. And if you ever get the chance to visit Hoovers, take it. You can't beat Leon and his fantastic staff.

I'm glad you got to meet her and I'm sure her work is very impresive. I still miss Simply Quilts that used to be on HGTV.

She was at the Sisters Quilt Show several years ago. I got to chat with her for a minute. She even answered my email once. I miss SQ too. So sad. Not even any reruns.
