I have saved all my leftover bindings and when I finish the scrappy string quilt I am working on I will bind it with all the different bindings I saved. Scrappy quilt with scrappy binding.

I use them all the time. You can cut squares out of it, use it in a scrappy quilt

I cut all my bindings the same width and save the left overs to sew together for scrap quilts.

I'm keeping mine in a ice cream bucket, when I have enough I'll sew them together and use them for a scrappy quilt, but I like the idea for potholders or potholder glove

I like to use my left over strips for little scrappy strippy handbags for my DGDs.

Sure, save it for the next quilt or press it open and use it in a scrappy strip quilt.
