I know exactly what my block would look like. I'll have to sit and draft a picture of it!

my thought is that there be no limitations on the type of block.

I can't think of a block any suggestions?
a block with a treasure chest appliqued? a block with "treasures on it" --- using fabric that depict things that you treasure?

very funny!! but -- you really could do a textured/3D look -- with a "ripped stitch" piece appliqued.

I've got an idea for mine but would love to see what someone else would come up with!

no names are boring. :) if you, like me, used your real name, then our blocks can depict who we are - through fabric and design. someone posted that star blocks are her favorite -- then a star block would be a perfect pattern for a block to represent her name and who she is. I'm thinking about a block with the word "Joy" on it -- the first letter of my name -- and a very important word to me in my faith. Or -- I might do a block that communicates "joy" rather than spelling it.
