did for me! I had contacted Sarah of Missouri Quilt tutorial that since I am partially deaf, is there anyway that I could get an type out info on what the pattern was for during their tutorial by mail and she responded that she would look into it. Within 2-3 weeks she had done the CC (closedCaptioned) on all of it! Yipee! So when you go online & having problem understanding...hit that (cc) button there under the screen & VIOLA!...words are there. Doing the happy dance.

That was really very nice of them.
I love love love their site!!! They are all soooo nice and its just a great site!
I just ordered the binding tool from them. It seems to be a much better one than the one they sell at Joanns. Can't wait to use it. I can do binding but I still get into a knot at the end pieces so hopefully it will take the pain out of that one.

I stopped in their store while I was on vacation last month. It is wonderful and the people who work there are the best. I felt so welcome, wish I lived close so I could go there more often.

Think of all the people you and they have helped. Thats what you call great customer service. If ever I get the chance I will go there and tell them myself. I do purchase their daily deals frequently.

Congratulations!! People with disabilities want to live and function independently as people without disabilities do. Kudos to you for asking and kudos to Missouri Quilt Company for the accommodation.

For all the people who read this thread, it would be great if you sent a quick email to the Missouri Quilt Company about how considerate it was for them to add CC for hearing impaired individuals. Getting great feedback would let them know how important and well recognized good customer service is.

I am going to write an email now.
