Thanks for sharing. You have a very special gift from your mom. I am sure she received great satisfaction in making the cabinet, but even more knowing how much you love it. It is an heirloom for sure. I hope she has carved her initials for something in it somewhere.

Crafted workmanship! And now, not only do you have your quilting to pass down the generations, but you will also have a cherished cabinet. Be sure to have her sign and date it on the underside of wood. Congrats to both.
