Default I Got a New Juki!

It's really my Christmas present, but I was having some food sensitivity testing during the holidays and not feeling well so didn't get around to buying it then. Today I didn't go to a car show because the weather was kind of bad so I went and bought my machine. I got the 2200 QVP Mini. I had to make a place for it in the sewing room so I didn't really get a chance to sew on it today. I set it up and did wind a bobbin. I'm looking forward to doing some sewing and quilting on it soon! I'm so excited. My poor husband had to hear "Juki talk" all during dinner.

Congratulations Patrice! I hope you enjoy your 2200QVP Mini as much as I do. I've been FMQ all afternoon on mine and making great progress with my technique This machine is just a joy to piece with and FMQ - anxious to hear how you do with yours.

How nice for you - not feeling well, but buying a new machine. Is it a straight stitch only machine?

Yes, it's a straight stitch machine. It has a really nice stitch. I bought it mostly for the larger harp area. I'm trying to perfect my free motion quilting and I'm really excited about this machine.

Larger harps make such a difference when you FMQ. You're going to love it.

Patrice, I'm so happy for you!!!! I'm not familiar with that one but I bet it's the bomb! I love Juki machines.

I looked it up and it looks a lot like mine. I have the TL2010 and believe me my FMQ has gotten so much better! You're in for a treat
