Default Looking for the name of this pattern

Does anyone know the name of this pattern? I drafted it from a picture posted here but the maker didn't include the pattern name. Thanks!

Jane

I looked thru Blockbase because I know I have seen this block before. I found Prairie Flower and Weathervane both having the pointed square but nothing has the four patch.

I don't know the name but looks straightforward to construct.

I believe it is a quatrefoils with a four-patch center instead of a plain square. Quilter's Cache has this pattern: http://www.quilterscache.com/Q/QuatrefoilsBlock.html

Can't help you with the name - just wanted to say I like your block!

It reminds me of a pattern Janet Wickell had on her Newsletter: http://quilting.about.com/od/Big-Qui...uilt-Block.htm. It's not quite the same, but has some of the same elements, just turned on point. Should be very easy to draft using graph paper. Good luck in finding the name of the pattern.

Block is quatrefoils--E. Burns just had a tutorial on this on her TV show. It looks great set on point.
