I like both patterns to use larger pieces of beautiful fabrics. The patterns would sure put the focus on fabrics I don't want to cut very small.

Nice pattern. I really like the colors they used. Will have to find directions!

I'm with you, Deb. Just right for those beautiful big prints we don't want to cut up!

I am currently working on this quilt. It is super easy, blocks are large and go together easily. The result is very dramatic as I am using fabrics for the main colors. I will try to send a picture. (not good at posing pictures) Any questions?? PM me.

I love this quilt Like the others, I have added it to my wish list. LOL I am just working on my first quilt. LOL
But already I have a long list of ones to try. And this started out that I was just going to make crazy quilts for the kids, now I want to make more patterned ones. LOL This is addicting. I think I should either buy a fabric store or invest in their stocks. LOLLOL I love fabrics. Rachel

Thanks everyone! I love the help this board provides! Close enough for government work alikigirl!
To TrolleyStation - what size are your finished blocks if you don't mind me asking? And would love to see a pic!
Thanks again!

I can't help you with the name of the block, however, I would check Quilters Cache for the block, as that site has hundreds of blocks, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
