Default Looking for the name of pattern

I saw the cutest quilt on Facebook. When on the bed it looked like a man and woman sleeping under a quilt. Anyone know the name of the patten and where I can get it? The link I saw for it on Pinterest was in a foreign language so I couldn't figure it out. Thanks for your help!

I am not familiar with that pattern but it sure sounds cute. Hope someone know of it and posts the info you need.

I think the maker drew her own pattern based on the pattern of the two bears lying under a quilt and added the hands and feet. Sorry I don't know the name of the bear pattern..

Recently I saw the picture posted some place but not in a foreign language and it did say it was an original design. Hope you are able to find the original posting.

That is a cute quilt. Looks like something you could do.

that is so cute! You should be able to find silhouettes of those shapes on google images and applique them on with appropriate colors, I would think. Make sure you have a wide border for the hands and feet sticking out and make part of the top just a plain white wide rectangle for the "pillows". Would that work? That way you could use any pattern for the quilt.

**actually I do think they were appliqued. if you look closely at the feet, you can see the block underneath.
