    I got them from a Craftsy mystery fat quarter box, so there is both warm and cool colors. I like to get those box to force my creativity (I end up always buying the same kind of prints and colors, otherwise). I agree that some really look like being pieced already, so you can't use any pattern.

    That's why my woven pattern or the shadow box one would work. The pieces are big enough to see the patterns, but the patterns never touch.
