Looking for prior post on 1/4" gadget

I am looking for a prior posting on a small blue ruler type gadget that allows you to measure at a glance 1/4". At the time it was posted, it was selling for .50 on a particular website. I thought I bookmarked the website but now I can't locate it. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe one if my quilting buddies has one. Just 1/4" wide by about 6"/ I have a 12" ruler with a ridge that allows me to measure 1/4".
