    This is "sewing machine poor?"
    Who needs a reality check?

Curious, do you quilt large quilts? I have a 201 Singer among others, and only do QAYG to keep stress off of neck, shoulders and back which have multiple problems. :-)

I do my own plus charity quilts for our guild. Others piece them and I quilt them.

I do my own quilting. I like the start to finish process even though I am certainly no expert, and just do pantos on the longarm

I either hand quilt or tie my quilts.

I don't know how that could be poor- all I have is one old Kenmore that I piece and quilt on-feel like a real amateur among all this talent and hardware! Something to look forward to in the future........

I hand quilt mine, although I did finally treat myself to a professionally done one; I can hardly wait for it to come home!

I have my LR quilter separate from my house. I converted one of my rooms in the house for sewing and when I got my LR I turned my once beauty shop/guest house into my quilt studio. I have sewing machines in both areas and enjoy my Q-studio very much. I have all the convenience of home with total tranquilly in my shop.

One of my 3 machines is a Viking Lily and I too use it for piecing and sometimes general sewing. Even though it doesn't have all of the bells and whistles it is a great machine and when I am sewing on it, I really enjoy it.

I quilt my own. I have been a hand quilter, but now I quilt on my new HandiQuilter Sweet Sixteen sit down quilting machine. I love it, it's only for free motion quilting, which I now have to learn.
