You can get them from Jamie Wallens web site.

You can also get the Red Snapper loading clamps and the Red Snapper tension clamps for the sides of the quilts from Nancy's Notions

I use the feather light clamps but I can't find them online now. My brain and googling skills are taking the day off this morning...lol
But here is one site that carries them but not in stock now so might give them a call:

I use the Red-E-Edge clamps from Renae Haddadin - http://quiltsonthecorner.3dcartstore...-19_p_692.html. They are fantastic.

Go to the hardware store and look in the wood working department. They have all sorts of clamps that would be useful. I clamps and got the rings you use for key chains to attach them.

I can use the red snappers on the top of the quilt and bottom, but the Red-E Edge pieces are too difficult for my hands. Instead I made side leaders with ticking around a couple of free paint sticks then used hardware store easy release clamps to adjust the tension. Works for me.
