Default machine question

Hey everyone! I have a Janome 6600 and I love it. The only thing that I have missed is a free arm for sewing cuffs, or putting patches on jeans.

I bought a Janome 7330 Magnolia to take to classes because it is lighter. This one does have a free arm but I am wishing for more of a free arm. When I was patching some jeans I really had to struggle.

Do any of you know of a decent machine that has a larger free arm area than the Janome 7330?

I have the Janome 7330 Magnolia & really love the machine. So far I've not had any trouble with the free arm meeting my needs. Hopefully someone will comb by with an answer for you.
