Marshall Dry Good Company
Has any of you ladies bought fabric from Marshall Dry Good Company and what did you think about the quality of the fabric? I have looked at there fabric on the web but they don't tell the brand name they just say their fabric is 1st quality and what it is made of.
Would love to have your advise before I buy!

I have bought their fabrics. Carefully read fabric description, some is polyester cotton blend. They do sell name brand fabrics (see heading "Brands" on the left side of their menu). Most often it is not newest lines nor the full line. The price is super attractive. On a couple of occasions I found flaws in the fabric but that has happened with quilt shop fabric also.

I have bought fabric from them and very pleased with quality and delivery times. I knew what fabric line I wanted and the designer. They did not have the full fabric line so I had to go to a couple websites to get the rest of the line but otherwise quite satisfied with my purchase.

I've only bought from them once. Unfortunately, I bought some $2.99 clearance fabric, and it was $2.99 clearance fabric (What did I expect?). It arrived on time and was well packaged.
I don't believe I've seen any negative reviews for them. I would try them again.
I'd love to visit in person (a 6 hour drive, so haven't done so). They are supposed to have some awesome deals in smaller quantities that are not put on the internet. That way you could actually see what you are buying.

I've visited their store and found that it was important to feel the fabric. There was some that felt very thin to me (although the price was very good). I won't purchase from them online because I can't feel the fabric in advance. If you are only ordering name brand fabric, I would be confident in the quality but they don't carry more recent lines for the most part. Good luck with your decision.
