how far away do you live?
how much did your order?
what kinds of things did you order?
will they be able to use flatrate shipping?
do they even offer flatrate?
is it just shipping, or shipping/handling?
is it shipped USPS, UPS, FedEx or Joe's-Might-Get-It-There-Sometime-or-Other?
if it seems a bit high, give them a call. they may be able to explain the reason to your satisfaction or make a human adjustment to a computer-generated shipping charge.
