With featherweights, the bobbin case is the most expensive part to purchase of the missing parts you listed. These parts are available and there are several sources on line. If the foot pedal is there, the cords can be replaced. When you purchase a vintage machine, the cords should always be checked because frayed, broken or deteriorating rubber can give you a nasty shock. If the machine is as old as you are or older, inspect it carefully before just plugging it in. I'm sure you'll enjoy stitching on your featherweight.
