On my ironing board is the fabric for a Whimsical Christmas theme quilt, pattern will be a simple one, leaning towards "Five and Dime" by Amy Smart. Enlarging to 62x69 in. The 7.5 squares will the same larger scale focus fabric. the smaller 5.5in squares alternating green and or red with white sashing.
I love traditional bright green, red and white for Christmas. The backing will be a Cuddl Duds flannel sheet, white with small Christmas trees, you may have seen the same one at Kohls. The sheets were on sale, I had a coupon and $10 Kohls cash, the total was less than $18 for a full-size set.
DH is watching Football, we have seen all the Christmas movies, cookies are baked, maybe the perfect time to go iron.
